Default Data Leak - Passwords compromised

So my iPhone just gave me a pop-up about a data leak and passwords being compromised.

Might be a good idea to update your passwords if you haven’t changed them recently. It warned me of specific apps where the password was compromised, as well as others which should be changed.

There were more but this should suffice.

You use the same password for all 4 accounts ?

Also got the same when logging into my psn account on my iPhone. Think I just need to have a day to change every single one of my important passwords and 2factor options if they need to be updated.

I still have a problem with 2FA in that if you lose one of your access ways no one has human resources to help you recover. Like in "we have secured your account so well that in a life or death situation should you lose access to one of your 2FA devices ...you are dead".
