Removed my sugar intake a few months ago. Hard at first, but all good now. + you know health benefits.
I actually can't stand coke any more because too sweet. Can kind of dodge this by adding a **** load of ice.
Switched to regular Pepsi first as that wasn't too rough and now mostly on Max.
But I had a serious Coke addiction and that was the first to go before I could cut out sugar from my coffee.
Funnily I would never have touched Pepsi before stopping sugar.
And where I couldn't stand beer and whiskey before I'm now perfectly good with both.
I cant imagine having so much sugar in coffee, i have 1/2-1 teaspoon sugar per cup/mug... my issue is that that cup or mug is always accompanied by some or other biscuit/rusk/treaty of some kind... so i may as well be having 6 heaped spoons i guess XD
been just over a year sugar free , whats weird I can now taste the difference in coffees or teas
None... I’ve weened myself off sugar in my drinks! Does that make me a bad person? ;-)
