As if Saints Row 4 was not wacky enough, PC gamers will now have the opportunity to create and mod their own weapons in the game. Weapons from the standalone ‘Gat out of Hell’ expansion are included. Keep in mind that there’s already a Giant Purple Dildo and an Alien Anal Probe in the game and this spells disaster. It’s probably exactly what the developers are looking for....
I don’t know about you guys, but I generally I enjoy reading infographics. What does surprise me is that we’re now seeing these infographics for the Beta version of a game? Things are getting a bit out of hand if you ask me. Saying that, this infographic does show that people do enjoy Beta offerings. Have a look: Did you take part in the Beta? What did you think of it?
It’s something that’s bugged me for quite some time quite honestly. About three weeks ago I posted a news piece on why Destiny will not support cross-platform gaming. Then last week I was discussing a Call of Duty session online with a friend and, because we own different platforms, we were denied that privilege. So why the f#$k do we still have to live with this incompatibility in 201...
The Destiny Beta has been closed for a while now but we’re still itching to play the game (September can’t come soon enough), and by the looks of things many other people might agree. According to Bungie’s Destiny Beta Infographic a total of 4 638 937 gamers played the game during the time it was open – the most amount of players their studio has ever seen during a beta. Th...
I hope you have protection from red, because you are about to get burned.
While we all wait for the sequel to last year’s amazing reboot of Tomb Raider, we get to enjoy another game starring our favourite heroine. Miss Croft returns later this year in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, the sequel to the top-down, co-op action game Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. Square Enix has just announced that the game will be released on December 9 for the PC, Xbox On...
The E3 2012 reveal for Watch_Dogs left most of us staring at the screen in awe of how beautiful the game looked. Since then the game saw many visual downgrades, and the end result did not live up to its first reveal. A man by the name of ‘The Worse’ did not let the downgrade stop him from playing the version we all saw at the 2012 E3 reveal. Its aim was boost the PC version of the game...
You will very, VERY rarely see me post anything about PC games. Mostly due to the fact that I have a mere laptop that only just manages to run Minesweeper and Solitaire. So if I do post anything about a PC game it must be good right? Well one game that has caught my eye is Devolver Digital’s Gods Will Be Watching. The game is billed as a point & click thriller and the part that really go...
With the release of the current generation of consoles the costs of games have skyrocketed by quite some margin. Gone are the days that we paid R600 for a game (even then we complained). The one saving grace came in the form of PC Gaming. PC games at retail have always been much cheaper than console games because of licensing and various other costs. Well, looks like that’s something of the ...
Cross-platform play has been achieved in the past with something like Portal 2 and Shadowrun. It’s always fun to play with or against your buddies, no matter what platform they’re on. Yes, PC gamers will always have an advantage with a mouse and keyboard setup, but it still does not remove the fun aspect thereof. This time round PS3 players can’t even play PS4 gamers, so whyR...
