Was always going to be a watch for me. Just for the soundtrack alone. Glad they’ve done a good job though.

Will watch it with the wife and see what a non-gamer thinks of it.

My wife loved TLoU. But then we have never watched Walking Dead etc. So no chance of saturation.

Actually I’m really lucky that my wife loves sci-fi and fantasy stuff.

Just watched the first episode - totally on board!

On a technical level, Amazon really needs to improve their compression, every so often there's a short but distracting shift in the colour tone.

I've seen it in other shows on Prime as well. Their compression imparts this grainy look, I think when it's used to encode shows that have grain of their own, it averages out in a certain way every now and then that causes this quick but perceptible shift - a gaussian threshold kind of thing.

To celebrate the release of the Fallout TV show, Amazon Prime subscribers will soon be able to claim both the Xbox and Windows versions of Fallout 76 for free.

Amazon Prime subscribers can now claim both Xbox and Windows versions of Fallout 76 for free up until May 15. To do so, head on over to Prime Gaming, hit 'Claim' to receive a code, and then redeem that code on the Microsoft Store.

Me too. 4 episodes in and it’s getting better I feel.

Makes me want to replay the game(s). They were wise to redo Fallout 4.

Finished it, thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent production, effects were superb, and story was great.
