Sudan has more pyramids than any country in the world

Not only does Sudan have more pyramids than Egypt, but the numbers aren’t even close. While 138 pyramids have been discovered in Egypt, Sudan boasts around 255.

Time slows down the faster you go, at the speed of light time does not move.

So a photon has no concept of existence because as soon as it exists time never moves until it reaches it's destination and is absorbed.

So if nothing can reach the speed of light due to having mass, it means photons have ZERO mass?

At 150 PPM of CO2, plants begin to respire, and photosynthesis is stopped. At this low level the plant will no longer be able to obtain CO2 from the atmosphere and photosynthesis is restricted. The plant will eventually use all of the CO2 present, photosynthesis will stop and the plant will die.

Time slows down the faster you go...

It's more accurate to say time is relative to the observer.

...at the speed of light time does not move..

The speed of light by itself isn't a valid observational perspective. If you were travelling at 99.99999999... % the speed of light relative to us, you would still experience time within your frame of reference normally, though you would appear to be standing still to us.

You could also say that as we sit here, we are currently traveling at the speed of light, but there are objects that clearly still travel faster in relation to us. It really is relative.

So a photon has no concept of existence because as soon as it exists time never moves until it reaches it's destination and is absorbed.

No particle has conception of its existence and if it existed without time, how could it move through time to meet a destination or be absorbed?

Another way to think about the term is as the speed of causality - it's the universal speed limit of information transmission.

EDIT: In other words light travels as fast as it does because that's as fast as the universe can allow it to travel.

Yes, the photon in this case is the observer of it's own frame of reference (if you allow for a photon to have a frame of reference). We see it travelling at the speed of light and it takes long to go across the solar system let's say. But from it's perspective no time elapsed at all.

That's a construct of space and time sure, everything moves at the speed of light but that speed is distributed between movement through space and movement through time. If the distribution is 100% to moving through space then 0% goes to time. This is the case for photons.

Other way around? If i were travelling at 99.999% the speed of light, your perspective of me would be that i'm moving really fast, but to me you would look like you were standing still. My perspective of myself would be normal, which means nothing really.

No particle has conception of its existence
Why would you take that literally?

if it existed without time, how could it move through time to meet a destination or be absorbed?
That's the mind**** part, it can and does exist without movement through time as it only moves through space. We however can see it move and measure it's movement over time from our perspective.

Look, i'm no physicist and neither are you. Don't want this to turn into two dogs barking over the fence at each other. Just thought it was a fun random fact.

It violates special relativity, think of it as having two halves, the speed of light is only one half of the equation - it cannot reference itself. It may sound as though I am simply being pedantic, bit it really is inviolate.

Other way around? If i were travelling at 99.999% the speed of light, your perspective of me would be that i'm moving really fast,

Not the other way around, if we were to observe you from our reference point, you would appear to be motionless (ignoring whatever you're travelling in).

...but to me you would look like you were standing still.

Actually you would see me age, die and much of history following that.

Sure, no worries. I understand your interpretation and I used to think about it the same way, but it's actually an impossible singularity. It is a fun thing to contemplate though.

To add another random fact, the furthest reaches of the universe are in fact travelling away from us faster than the speed of light :)

EDIT: ...that's why we talk about the observable universe, because the rest is beyond the causal horizon.

On this day (12 September), 90 years ago, the first Wimpy restaurant was opened in Indiana, in the US.
The brand opened more franchises all over the world, but it only succeeded in South Africa and the UK. As of June 2023 there are 453 SA Wimpy outlets and 62 UK outlets.
Wimpy UK is now owned and operated by a South African company.

Lo Sono went up for sale in May at the Italian auction house Art-Rite. The pre-sale estimate valued the piece between €6,000-9,000, according to AS, but competing bidders pushed the price tag to €15,000. The lucky buyer went home with a certificate of authenticity and a set of instructions: the work, per Garau, must be exhibited in a private house in a roughly five-by-five-foot space free of obstruction.
