If you've not seen it already and are looking for a good mix of action and humour, "Kaiju No.8" is awesome!

It, welcome to Derry

I am enjoying this much more than i thought I would. If you have read the Steven King novels, not just It but his other work as well, they keep very close to his type of story telling.

I am keen on this. Waiting for the season to be complete though.

Over the last few months we watched Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul after years of putting them off. Both lived up to the hype and are phenomenal shows.

Squid Game 2 was really good as well, satisfied that they kept the flavour of the original and didn’t lean towards the west, outside of the very last scene maybe.

Witcher season 4, just not good at all. Liam was fine but didn’t have all the much to do. Best part of the show by an absolute mile is Sharlto as one crazy ass mother****er. Which I think is just his natural state.

Started Last Samurai Standing and it’s great so far.

Now that exams are over I've started watching Stranger Things every evening from the beginning with my daughter. We hope to get through all the eps in time for the new year finale.

House of Ashur still going strong as is Landman S2 and Stranger Things S5 was also great, they ended it really well, 10 years came to a close. Great characters and story telling, pros outweigh the cons. Lucky people who get to binge it for the first time in the future. Might give it a rewatch at some stage, in 10 years a lot has been forgotten.

Landman, Fallout.

How do they let these shows and characters get so eye rolling annoying.

The wife and daughter in Landman are so irritating I just stopped watching.
Fallout 'okie dokie' has lost any charm or entertainment value. Story arcs are all over the place and there is so much filler bull****.
BOS guys were the saving grace.

Landman S2 - I enjoyed this season, I liked how it ended and hopefully going into season 3 some of the characters get some positivity in their lives cause they damn well need it.

Spartacus: House of Ashur Season 1 - Great season, really enjoyed it, that ending was amazing, was hoping that was going to happen and was satisfying to watch. Really hope a 2nd season is coming.

Twisted Metal.
Watched both Seasons and honestly the show is underrated.
I was not expecting much, but gave it the "one episode taste test" ... then ended up binging the whole series.
Can't wait for the next season now.

One Piece Season 2 ep1-3 - so far they have done such a great job with this adaption, really enjoying seeing all the characters get introduced, been over 20 years since I watched these parts so it's a great refresher.

One Piece Season 2 ep 4-7 - Choppers story was done so well, great acting as well. A shame this is only 8 episodes, it's been a great watch.

I enjoyed season 1. Could not get into season 2. Some things was way to on the nose in the second season. Think i only got to episode 3.

You have a great point there. I didn't notice that until now :ROFLMAO:
Some of the Episodes in Season 2 were genuinely boring and weird.
It seems the show shifted a lot from "semi-realistic post-apocalyptic" to just wild and weird.

I think the main reason I enjoyed it was simply because I expected absolute trash, and had nothing better to do, but kept coming back for the 90s pop culture references.
Running on half a brain cell while watching it helps too in my case :ROFLMAO:

One Piece Season 2 - Great season, really enjoyed it and looking forward to Alabasta arc in season 3. They have done an amazing job with this adaption.

Young Sherlock S1.

Really enjoyed this. Guy Ritchie’s script writing and dialog is top drawer. He also has great flair with the camera and it’s fully used here. Takes the whole production level up a notch.

Also has a way of digging up talent, guess great script writing helps showcase talent. Sherlock and Moriarty are excellent.

Watched The Originals Season 1-5 over the last few months, it's drivel but I enjoyed it, did get a bit long in the tooth towards the end but overall was worth the watch.

Dutton Ranch ep1-5 - so far been enjoyable but they really have no luck
