Yea, it's also been down for me for significant stretches of time.Low: Forum has been hard to reach lately?
High: It’s working now.
High: Finally set up, starting installations, next two games not in the picture is hellblade one and two haven't played them before. Excited that I have so much to play now.High: series s came today
Kinda low: bought off someone so has a dragon ball z wrap on it
Actual low: we put both days this weekend so there won't be much gaming

That night my wife woke me screaming in terror, but she suffers night terrors so that alone didn't concern me. Then I heard from the window someone say "I'm sorry" sheepishly from outside.
Once my wife managed to get a handle on herself she told me a guy climbed in through the window, guess he got such a fright with her screaming like that he though it was best to backtrack. I investigated and there was a guy ambling about in the courtyard on his phone - I guess he was just drunk and couldn't figure out how to get back into the rental apartment building.
On the funny side, when my wife opened the window before we went to bed that night I warned her she's doing so at the risk of someone climbing in - at the time she said "they can come cuddle with me".
Looks amazing there. Work colleague just left for there on Wednesday. We were in Iceland for the weekend

Did you get to visit any of the lava flows?

High: Put our SA house up for sale last week, had six viewings Sunday, house sold as of yesterday (pending any unexpected complications).
How does it work with selling an SA property while overseas? Do you fly back here to sign stuff?
My grandfather lives overseas and still has properties in SA but he struggles with the long flights and layovers, just wondering what he would need to do if he decides to sell one day.
It did, actually there are a few in game documents you collect that talk about what an impact visiting Iceland had on Kojima and how he discovered Low Roar there (heavily featured in the soundtrack). Pretty sure the game's photogrammetry scans are of Iceland.Indeed it does. Would be interesting to find out if it had some influence on the game.
Adrian seems to have had a different experience, for us it was pretty simple. We let an agent that side handle everything for us, all we had to do was print out and sign some documents this side, scan them and email them back, culminating in the agreement of sale, for which we got our neighbours to sign as witnesses. How does it work with selling an SA property while overseas? It's weird dude as these requirements and hoops I had to go through were from South Africa (according to the attorneys anyway).
I do wonder what exactly the Deeds office expects to be done by the seller? If the attorneys involved must follow a defined process and checks as dictated by Deeds office, or they can choose their own way to vet the seller? If the Deeds office actually doesn't care about vetting the seller, and they hold the attorneys responsible if something fraudulent happens, so basically allowing the attorney to take the risk.
Just seems so strange the difference in processes each of us had to follow.
Same boat.Super Low: I may have mentioned this somewhere, but I officially see my parents as old people now at 73 and 76 respectively.
And I always find out about this at the last moment. Thanks!Extra High: Long weekend!
