Don't know about this one, game just doesn't look enjoyable to me, nothing I've watched so far has me excited to play. I also can't get over the suit regeneration, maybe due to the over the top violence that makes it stick out so much, really would have preferred less damage happening in order to stop the clothing from regenerating, or faster regen on the skin and much slower regen on clothing, it's a hard thing to get right for this type of game but as it is now, not a fan.

I loved the Infamous series! (One of my favorite game series of all time!)
The first Spiderman game was also great!
But, Spiderman 2 kind of lost me (playing as Mary Jane felt like doing homework, it's not something I wanted to do at all, it was boring AF) ... and this so far doesn't have any "wow factor".
I was honestly hoping it would be exciting, but people are already making memes about all the yellow paint and simplicity.
I'll still wait and see, because I really want it to be good, but it says tons when early trailers don't get people hyped as much as it should.

Surely to the surprise of no one? Game didn't look good from the start, people had their bias glasses on because it's Wolverine. The more they showed the worse it got.
AAA game pricing for a mediocre game that has been in development for like 5 years? Wtf was Insomniac doing on this one? Hopefully management gets a wakeup call with this, unless they try to spin it and blame us for not being reasonable gamers.

The narrative on socials, by defenders, are already that reviewers aren't capable of unbiased reviews due to the surrounding Sony negativity.
Regardless of the defense, game companies have closed or forced layoffs for much less than a poorly reviewed game this generation. So always worried about the studios behind the game that are generally forced by publishers goals to begin with.

Insomniac will be fine, unfortunately the decision makers will likely also be fine. They need to get these out of touch morons out of the industry.
How do you mess up a Wolverine game? It's like one of the easiest types of game to get right. Give this stuff to Capcom they can make an awesome Wolverine game.

The problem with capcom is that they still make game games that you actually have to play, these wolverine devs seem to have taken the audience for mentally challenged imbeciles with the handholding like we would never figure out to go straight to progress in such a linear game.
Will play the game eventually, at least I got a cool yellow controller for now I guess. Always wanted a yellow 1.
