Great race to watch. Enjoyed that mad Merc rush at the end. Looks like Max finally got that car working towards the end too. He took something like 15 seconds out of LeClerc on the last 4 laps.

Good race all around but i had to lol when George forgot to turn. Guess that's how the team orders work at Merc now. Don't make it too obvious, jsut crash instead :P

As for Stroll. He ain't going anywhere while Daddy owns the team...

I still think they screwed up and Sainz just saved the day.

They should have pitted LeClerc at the same time as the Mercs.

Agreed. If Sainz didn’t force the DRS for Lando we’re looking at a merc 1-2. Even Ferrari comms were telling him to speed up and he said it’s on purpose [emoji23]

Ferrari should've boxed Le Clerc when he wanted under the VSC, he would've been able to challenge for the win then, based on Lewis, George and Max's performance on the mediums, they could easily have had a one two, they were lucky Sainz and Norris tag teamed the Mercs
Exactly. At the very least he could have provided wingman support for Sainz. As it was LeClerc fell back and Sainz had to perform a masterclass.

and that happened because Lewis was piling massive pressure onto him, which was the idea, force George into a mistake so he can get third, but the team suffered a points loss

Think it was more of following Lando who hit the same wall just before him and got away with it. George is good but still rough around the edges. Lewis would've found a way past Lando if the roles were reversed imo.
