Today's high and lows

High: We are having lekker weather here in Cape Town.

Low: My wife has the flu so we have to stay at home.
 
High - my brother in law showed me his doggy playing in snow for the first time

Low - could not go and see the snow myself
 
High - Altered Alma hit the voice acting stretch goal just before the kickstarter ended, did over £10k in 6 hours to reach it, can't wait to play the complete game. Long wait now.

Extra High - Got confirmation that the last payment for my Metroid figure will be taken this month and it will be in the next shipment to go out, been a years wait for this.

I have yet to go to hospital, waiting for the inevitable when it begins to move from kidney to bladder.

It will be number 8 or 9 now, so I know the drill. Fortunately I have always passed mine. Last one was March 2021.
 
High - Doctor has given my mom the Ok to travel so she will be coming to visit next month, will take some time off and take her around Oxford and the Cotswold area. 10 months since her accident so I'm sure she will be happy to get out and about.

Low - Have to go into London next week for the day, uhg.
 
High: SA holiday tickets bought.

Low: Looks like my middle brother won’t be joining us this year. Will go visit him in November though.

It was ridiculously good. What a time to be alive!
And then 1 day later, they launched Super Heavy with a satellite to Europa - will take several years to get there.
And today, another Starling launch on a Falcon 9 - if only SpaceX was a listed company, I'd pour serious cash into that stock.

HIGH: Every morning I wake up and check the high seas.
This morning I saw ship I have been waiting for, and not its rusty weather beaten offshoots. The pristine one.

Ship is called 'ROMULUS' :sneaky:
 
Low: At work living on no sleep
High: Training course for the majority of the day on teams
 
High: It is almost home time
Low: still recovering from surgeries to my right hand (those that know knows) its the main reason I have been away

Plus work has been manic busy loving it though
